These Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) outline the rules and regulations for the use of RARi Studio’s website, located at https://therari.com, and the purchase and use of our digital products, including digital pitch deck templates and related downloads (collectively, the “Digital Products”).

By accessing this website and/or purchasing, downloading, or using any Digital Product, you agree to be bound by these Terms. Do not continue to use RARi Media / RARi Studio if you do not agree to all of the Terms stated on this page.

7. Digital Products: license, not sale

When you purchase a Digital Product (including digital pitch deck templates and related resources), you are purchasing a limited license to use it, not ownership of the files or intellectual property.

RARi Studio retains all copyright, ownership, and intellectual property rights in and to the Digital Products, including designs, layouts, copy, and frameworks.
You receive a non‑exclusive, non‑transferable license to use the Digital Product for your own personal or internal business purposes only (for your projects, productions, or brand).

You may not claim or imply that you own the design, template, or underlying content.

8. Permitted use of Digital Products

Subject to these Terms, you may:

Download the Digital Product for your own use.
Edit, customize, and adapt the template for your own projects, productions, or brand presentations.
Use the customized deck to pitch your film, series, creative project, or business to investors, partners, brands, and collaborators.

9. Prohibited use of Digital Products (no sharing or reselling)

To protect our work and our community, you may not:

Resell, license, sub‑license, share, gift, or distribute the Digital Product files or any substantial portion of them to any third party.
Upload the original or lightly modified templates to any marketplace, “free download” website, or platform for others to download or purchase.
Use the Digital Products to create a competing template or design product, whether free or paid.
Claim the template design, layout, or framework as your own original work or remove any embedded copyright notices.

If you are working with a team, collaborators, or agency, you are responsible for ensuring they respect these Terms and do not share or resell the files.

10. No refunds on digital products

Due to the instant and irrevocable access to digital files, all sales of Digital Products are final.

We do not offer refunds, returns, or exchanges on Digital Products, including but not limited to pitch deck templates, downloadable guides, and digital bundles.
By purchasing a Digital Product, you acknowledge that you understand this “no refunds” policy and will not request or file chargebacks except in cases of proven unauthorized payment.

If you experience a technical issue accessing your files, please contact us and we will assist with access or re‑delivery.

11. Access and delivery of Digital Products

Digital Products are typically delivered via download link, email, or access page after purchase.
You are responsible for downloading and securely storing your files. We cannot guarantee indefinite access to download links.
We may update, modify, or remove Digital Products at any time; this does not entitle you to future versions unless explicitly stated at purchase.

12. Email updates and promotional content

By purchasing a Digital Product or subscribing to our email list, you agree to receive emails from RARi Studio and RARi Media, including updates, resources, and promotional content related to our products and services.

You can opt out of marketing emails at any time by clicking the “unsubscribe” link in our emails or by contacting us directly. Opting out of promotional emails will not affect transactional communications related to your purchases (such as receipts, access links, or important service updates).

13. No guarantees and disclaimers (Digital Products)

Our Digital Products are designed for educational and informational purposes and to support your creative and business efforts. However:

We do not guarantee any specific results, such as funding, deals, sales, views, or partnerships, from using our Digital Products.
Your results depend on your project, execution, audience, and other external factors beyond our control.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, RARi Studio disclaims all warranties, express or implied, including warranties of fitness for a particular purpose and non‑infringement.

14. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law:

We exclude all representations, warranties, and conditions relating to our website and the use of this website.
RARi Media / RARi Studio, its owners, employees, and collaborators shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, or special damages arising out of or in connection with your use of our website or Digital Products.
Our total liability for any claim related to a Digital Product will not exceed the amount you paid for that specific product.

Nothing in these Terms will:

Limit or exclude our or your liability for death or personal injury;
Limit or exclude our or your liability for fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation;
Limit any of our or your liabilities in any way that is not permitted under applicable law; or
Exclude any of our or your liabilities that may not be excluded under applicable law.

As long as the website and the information and services on the website are provided free of charge, we will not be liable for any loss or damage of any nature.

15. User responsibility

You are responsible for:

Ensuring that the information and content you add to or present with our templates complies with applicable laws and third‑party rights.
Obtaining any rights, permissions, or licenses needed for images, footage, or other media you incorporate into your deck or project.

RARi Studio is not responsible for how you use the templates or for the content you choose to include.
