As a non-profit initiative, RARi Collective exists to uplift and empower artists by providing resources, support, and opportunities. At the heart of our mission is a culture of reciprocity. Our artists seek innovative ways to give back—ensuring our collective impact reaches far beyond the creative sphere.
We are equally committed to sustainability—both in nuturing artists' long-term careers and in promoting environmentally and socially conscious creative practices. By prioritizing sustainable artistic careers, we strive to build a future where creators are not only inspired but also supported in lasting, meaningful ways.

Our Volunteer Initiatives
The RARi Collective supports artists through volunteer-driven initiatives that foster creativity, connection, and meaningful change. We host community-focused events that bring artists together to share ideas, spark dialogue, and build solidarity—nourishing both spirit and craft. By providing resources, mentorship, and space for collaboration, we believe in the power of community to uplift art and help creators thrive—together.
Feed the Crew is our first annual philanthropic event—designed to nourish both the bodies and spirits of New York City’s independent film community. In a city where survival is an art form and creation comes with a cost, this gathering offers a moment of healing, connection, and collaboration.
We’re bringing together filmmakers from across NYC to reflect on the current state of the industry, share ideas, and enjoy soul-soothing meals from local restaurants and eateries. Because what's more stressful than living in New York? Trying to make art here.
Fearless Filmmaking Factory –
Where Stories Come to Life!
Unleash the power of storytelling with the Fearless Filmmaking Factory, a dynamic full-day workshop designed to inspire and empower young girls through the art of visual storytelling. Participants will explore the fundamentals of crafting compelling narratives using a series of photos, transforming their ideas into powerful cinematic moments.

Led by industry professionals, this hands-on experience introduces a variety of career paths in film— from directing and screenwriting to cinematography, editing, and production design. Through creativity and collaboration, participants will gain confidence, develop new skills, and discover the limitless possibilities awaiting them in the world of filmmaking.
With the rise of remote work, virtual auditions, and the rapid evolution of AI, many artists have felt isolated and uncertain about the future. But filmmaking has always been a collective endeavor—it thrives on connection, shared vision, and community.
It’s time to come out from behind our screens and back to the table. To eat, talk, dream, and plan—together.
