Thank you for supporting RARi Media and RARi Studio. This Return Policy explains our return and refund procedures for products purchased through therari.com, including digital products and print-on-demand merchandise.

Digital Products

No Returns or Refunds

Due to the nature of digital products (including pitch deck templates, downloadable guides, and other digital files), all sales are final. We do not offer returns, refunds, or exchanges for digital products once they have been purchased and delivered.

By purchasing digital products from RARi Studio, you acknowledge that:

  • Digital products are delivered instantly upon purchase

  • You will receive immediate access to download files

  • Returns and refunds cannot be issued for buyer's remorse or change of mind

  • Digital products are non-transferable and licensed for your personal or business use only

Digital Product Issues

If you experience technical issues accessing or downloading your digital product, please contact us at studiosupport@therari.com within 7 days of purchase with:

  • Your order number

  • Description of the technical issue

  • Screenshots if applicable

We will work with you to resolve technical delivery issues and ensure you receive your purchased files.

Physical Products (Print-on-Demand Merchandise)

Returns for Quality Issues

We partner with Printful to fulfill all physical merchandise orders. Because each item is made-to-order specifically for you, we can only accept returns for the following quality-related issues:

  • Damaged items (received with tears, stains, or structural damage)

  • Misprinted items (incorrect design, colors, or placement)

  • Defective items (manufacturing errors affecting product functionality)

  • Wrong item shipped (you received a different product than ordered)

To request a return for quality issues:

  1. Submit your claim within 30 days of receiving the product

  2. Email studiosupport@therari.com with:

    • Your order number

    • Photos clearly showing the issue

    • Description of the problem

  1. Our team will review your claim within 2-3 business days

  2. If approved, we will offer a free replacement or full refund

You do not need to return defective or damaged items to receive a replacement or refund.

No Returns for Buyer's Remorse

Because all physical products are custom-made to order, we cannot accept returns or issue refunds for:

  • Change of mind or buyer's remorse

  • Incorrect size selection (please refer to our size guides before ordering)

  • Color variations (monitor displays may show colors differently)

  • General dissatisfaction with design or style

  • Personalized or customized items ordered with specific preferences

We encourage you to carefully review product descriptions, size charts, and mockup images before completing your purchase.

Refund Processing

Timeline

Approved refunds will be processed within 5-7 business days of approval. Refunds are issued to the original payment method used at checkout.

  • Credit/debit card refunds: 5-10 business days to appear in your account

  • PayPal refunds: 3-5 business days

What's Refunded

For approved quality-related returns on physical products:

  • Full product cost

  • Original shipping charges (if the issue was our error)

Please note: We do not refund return shipping costs if you choose to ship an item back to us, as we typically do not require returns for defective items.

Lost or Stolen Packages

If your package is marked as delivered but you have not received it:

  1. Check with neighbors, building management, or household members

  2. Verify the shipping address on your order confirmation

  3. Contact your local post office or delivery carrier with the tracking number

  4. If the package cannot be located after 7 days, email us at studiosupport@therari.com

We will work with our fulfillment partner to investigate lost packages. Depending on the circumstances, we may offer a replacement or refund at our discretion.
