Raushanah Simmons is an award-winning filmmaker, actress, and writer with over two decades of experience in the entertainment industry. As the visionary behind RARi Media, she leads both the creative and strategic direction of the company. A champion for bold, human-centered storytelling, she fuses poetic realism with cinematic precision. Raushanah founded RARi to create space for untold stories and elevate underrepresented voices—bringing her original scripts, eye for talent, and deep industry relationships to every project she touches.
Rebecca Nyahay is a producer, actor, and operations strategist with a sharp eye for execution and team management. As VP of Production and COO at RARi Media, she oversees the day-to-day operations of the company and manages physical production from development through delivery. With a background in performance and a talent for logistics, Rebecca thrives in collaborative environments where creative ambition meets practical execution. Her gift for nurturing teams and leading with clarity ensures RARi’s productions stay on track and on vision.
Dr. Darrell E. Miller is a seasoned business strategist and systems architect with a doctorate in Business Administration. As CAO and VP of Organizational Infrastructure & Compliance at RARi Media, he ensures that the company’s internal framework is structurally sound and legally compliant. With expertise in organizational theory, strategic growth, and cross-sector management, Darrell builds the foundation on which RARi can sustainably scale. His ability to bridge vision with infrastructure makes him a vital force in shaping the company’s long-term success.
